In 1978 the company moves to Dilbeek, wherefrom Herman and Vera Schietse broaden the product range.

The 3rd generation is now ready to insure the continuity of this well-renowned family business.

The store on "Het Oud Korenhuis" becomes too small and Robert Schietse builds a supermarket on the Brigade Piron Avenue in Molenbeek-Saint-Jean.
After the difficult war years, the business grows year after year, partly thanks to the efforts of mother Alice who devoted herself 200% to the business after the death of her husband.

The Schietse history begins in 1920, when Robert Schietse and sisters take over the « Verlé », well-known for its charcuterie ardennaise. The family business expands and acquires quite a reputation.
